Routine server maintenance
Please note: Inxmail performs client, server and infrastructure updates during regular maintenance slots. Maintenance slots are scheduled between 5:30 and 7:30 AM on Thursdays. On average a downtime of approximately 10 minutes can be expected.

Unscheduled downtime
Temporary restrictions outside our maintenance slots will occur very rarely. We are constantly improving the performance and reliability of our systems.
Still, it is important to us that you know in case there should be any limitations.

The "action" feature on individual accounts may only be available again from Tuesday onwards.

Identified - We were able to isolate the issue and the availability of the features "modules" and "target groups" has been restore.

Investigating - You may be experiencing some difficulties when setting up new mailings or actions in Inxmail New Xperience and Inxmail Plattform.
This is manifested by the features "action" (Aktionen), "modules" (Bausteine) and "target groups" (Zielgruppen) being shown as unavailable or blank.
Integrations using "actions" may also be impacted.
Our technical teams are working on a solution.

Important!
Existing and already programmed mailings and actions are running smoothly.
Inxmail Professional, Inxmail Commerce and Inxmail Mail Relay are not impacted.

Please contact your account manager to assist you if needed.

Identified - The root cause as well as the few accounts affected have been identified. We are currently working on a solution.

Investigating - We experience briefly some technical difficulties on 05.06.2025 between 16:00 and 16:30 CEST in Inxmail New Xperience and Inxmail Platform. Our system are up and running but previously scheduled timings in our "Flows" feature may have been impacted. Our teams are currently investigating and we will keep you updated.
