Investigating - We are currently experiencing dispatch difficulties for customers using Inxmail Profession, Inxmail New Xperience or Inxmail Plattform.
This means that Mailings are currentling not being sent.
Our technical teams have been informed and are working on a solution.
We are keeping you updated as the situation evolves.

Please note Inxmail Commerce and Inxmail Mail Relay are not impacted.

Routine server maintenance
Please note: Inxmail performs client, server and infrastructure updates during regular maintenance slots. Maintenance slots are scheduled between 5:30 and 7:30 AM on Thursdays. On average a downtime of approximately 10 minutes can be expected.

Delayed Delivery to Microsoft 365
Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Update - Microsoft has provided an update and is currently rolling out a solution.
We should hopefully see improvements on the deferred queues once the deployment is completed.

Update - Microsoft has confirmed that mailbox users may experience delays sending and receiving email messages from external domains in Microsoft Exchange. They are currently investigating to better understand the underlying cause and determine the most effective mitigation path

Identified - We have been notified by several users and have confirmed that we are currently experiencing delivery issues to Microsoft 365.
Unfortunately, this seems due to a potential outage on Microsofts end, which we cannot influence.

The sent emails are classified as deferred which means that they were successfully sent out from our infrastructures but have not reached the inbox of the recipient. New automatic delivery attempts will be made. First on a minute basis, then if unsuccessful in larger time intervals for up to maximum 5 days.

Please note other non-Microsoft Mailbox Providers are not impacted.

Issues after Maintenance Slot
Resolved - After the maintenance slot, some services (including some Inxmail Professional instances) were not fully ready.
We've moved these components to new hardware to isolate the problem, all services are ready again after 07:48 AM.
