Routine server maintenance
Please note: Inxmail performs client, server and infrastructure updates during regular maintenance slots. Maintenance slots are scheduled between 5:30 and 7:30 AM on Thursdays. On average a downtime of approximately 10 minutes can be expected.

Unscheduled downtime
Temporary restrictions outside our maintenance slots will occur very rarely. We are constantly improving the performance and reliability of our systems.
Still, it is important to us that you know in case there should be any limitations.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing issues with the handling of credentials for external content (e.g., password-protected content), which is preventing mailings from being sent. Affected products: Inxmail Professional, Inxmail New Xperience, and Inxmail Platform (Campaign Space).
Our technical teams have been notified and are working on a solution.

Please note that mailings without external content or without content protected by credentials are not affected.
Inxmail Commerce, Inxmail Relay, and Inxmail Platform (Transactional or Mail Relay Spaces) are fully operational.
