Routine server maintenance
Please note: Inxmail performs client, server and infrastructure updates during regular maintenance slots. Maintenance slots are scheduled between 5:30 and 7:30 AM on Thursdays. On average a downtime of approximately 10 minutes can be expected.

Unscheduled downtime
Temporary restrictions outside our maintenance slots will occur very rarely. We are constantly improving the performance and reliability of our systems.
Still, it is important to us that you know in case there should be any limitations.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing some issue with Inxmail New Xperience or the Inxmail Platform when accessing via Inxmail Home.
Our technical teams are working on it and are hoping to resolve the problem swiftly.
If you require immidiate access to the mailing editor, please contact your account manager who will guide you through the process.

Inxmail Professional and Inxmail Commerce or Mail Relay are fully operational.
