We are currently experiencing issues with the handling of credentials for external content (e.g., password-protected content), which is preventing mailings from being sent. Affected products: Inxmail Professional, Inxmail New Xperience, and Inxmail Platform (Campaign Space). Our technical teams have been notified and are working on a solution.
Please note that mailings without external content or without content protected by credentials are not affected. Inxmail Commerce, Inxmail Relay, and Inxmail Platform (Transactional or Mail Relay Spaces) are fully operational.
