From Thursday 05.02.2026 9:00 AM CET to Friday 06.02.2026 06:30 PM CET, we experienced issues with subscription forms using the option "add to list" published via Inxmail New Xperience or the Inxmail Platform . This resulted in registration not being processed. An error message was displayed. We were able to identify the root cause of the problem and our technical teams deployed a bug fixe bevor the start of the weekend. Subscription attempts during this time could not be recovered. Please not that JSP forms published via Inxmail Professional were not impacted. We would like to apologise for the inconveniences caused.
